Welcome to My Psych Clinic.
Excellence in clinical psychology and client outcome measurement.
Achieve your goals with our clinically-driven approach.
Our Story
My Psych Clinic was established in 2024 in its current form, following the acquisition of a well-established clinical practice that had been serving the community since 2013. Today, we are proud to support clients across two locations in Toowong and Eight Mile Plains, with a growing team of experienced clinicians and client care staff.
At our core, we are a client-focused practice guided by evidence and respect. Our work is shaped by two key values: striving for clinical excellence, and a commitment to systems and processes that support exceptional client care.
We believe that high-quality psychological support comes from both strong clinical expertise and allowing feedback. Your psychologist will work with you to help you clarify your goals and choose a therapy approach that feels right. At My Psych Clinic, we track your progress each session. If therapy is not progressing as hoped, your therapist will work with you to explain all of your options, so you have the best chance of achieving your goals. It's all part of our commitment to continually strive to provide the highest quality of care.
Welcome to My Psych Clinic, where you can be confident that providing quality of care is our priority.

At My Psych Clinic, our psychologists address a spectrum of concerns, from minor issues to more complex concerns for people across the lifespan, ensuring comprehensive care for all.
We recognise that the strongest predictor of positive outcomes is a strong therapeutic relationship. At My Psych Clinic, building trust and collaboration with our clients is fundamental.
My Psych Clinic's primary focus is on providing personalised treatments precisely tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you receive the care and treatment that feels right for you.
Our assessment team listens to your individual needs before curating formal assessments that use evidence-based tools that aim to deliver insightful and actionable results for children, adolescents and adults.
